Our vinegar manufacturing unit is located near Chirayinkil in Thiruvananthapuram district. As of now, we are producing coconut water  based natural vinegar with the brand name  "CocoVinegar.com". 

The Coconut Development Board and Small  Farmers' Agri-Business Consortium are providing the  necessary support for this project.  CocoVinegar is marketed in pet bottles with attractive shrink  labels. The net contents per bottle is  480ml. Also, we sell bulk in barrels of 50 and 200 litres.

So what exactly is vinegar? It gets its name from the French word vin aigre, meaning sour  wine, which is an explanation of the original process. Wine becomes sour and turns to  vinegar. Nowadays, vinegar is made from a great many other products too, like coconut  water. Aside  from   the spark it adds to each dish, vinegar has several other trade secrets up its sleeve. 

Coconut vinegar, made from fermented coconut water, is used extensively in Southeast Asian cuisine (particularly in the Philippines) as well as in some cuisines of India. CocoVinegar has a sizeable shelf-life which is perfect for the experimental cook. Most  batches will store for about two years in a cool, dark place. Once opened, use within three to  six months. So pick up a few bottles of CocoVinegar on your grocery run, and get cooking!
